Just a couple of weeks ago, I noticed my skin on my arms looked like I was having goosebumps for no reason. Now they are in several places. note: I am not cold and they are there all the time. I do have waves of heat sometimes. But they don't coincide and I have had those a long time. Nothing new.
Does anybody have any ideas what causes this or what to do about it?
