I have been getting nauseous feeling for a few weeks and feeling pretty bad in general.

I have been really broke and skipped the probiotics which i now think was a huge mistake.

I can't take diflucan. Are there any gentle alternatives? I really need to address the yeast in the most gentle way possible. I cant tolerate a big herx right now.

Any ideas?

You can try olive leaf extract or oil of oregano. But neither one of those were gentle for me. They eat my stomach and spit it out. [Wink]

Cut Diflucan pills in half. If your reaction is that severe, then you have a really bad case.

How's your diet?

How about sporonox?

It is different than diflucan. Same family, but different.

Also, just been reading about tumeric helping kill yeast and fungus.

There is also lauricidin and also caprylic acid.

The last two might be big hitters so start slow if you try em.

Also, boron is rumored to help yeast/fungal issues.

I tried high dose boron for a couple months last year.

Sporonox was a heavy hitter for me for fungus. I had to pulse it.

Biotin (really high doses required) helps keep the yeast from turning into a resistant spore form during treatment.

And I think a cheap probiotic would be better than no probiotic.

Hang in there-

try apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon in water with 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda. take 10 minutes before eating. It will start to noramalize the ph in the small intestine.

Take 3 fingers together put them just under the belly button. Then mark the bottom edge of the lowest finger then go three fingers to the right of the belly button. Around there is you ileocecal valve it is the valve between your small intestine to your large. See if it feels sore. If it does, your valve is inflamed. Start messaging it, it will help to reduce the inflammation. Message it before and after each meal.

Unfortunately diet has not been great. I was feeling depressed and slipped with the sweets.

Thanks for the tips.

I tried what u suggested lymie in md and it does not feel sore. i have had some pain a bit lower an to the right though.

Olive leaf makes me herx badly. I will look into the sporonox.

I may have try a half a diflucan again even though i haven't done well with it the last few times i took it because i do actually have some and wouldn't have to buy it.

i take baking soda already and it does help, will try the acv too.

the area your talking about is the appendix, that should be looked into. can you see someone to investigate the sensitivity.
