Mushrooms??? I disagree that those should be avoided.

If it's from a quality brand I don't see the issue.

Even Dr. B and Dr. R. say reishi is helpful.

I know what you mean Judie. Some of it I'm not sure about..but other stuff makes you concerned.

I agree, it is pretty eye-opening how some of this stuff is made.

I do like this part of what's said:

"The best vitamins are always those from foods as God made them. There is no pill substitute for a good diet. Supplements are able to somewhat "supplement" a diet that is lacking in a specific nutrient, but they will never be able to replace good nutrition."

Agreed! I know for me the less I use the better I feel. Getting my nutrients from a healthy unprocessed grain free diet seems to work much better for me.

The soil food is grown in these days has been depleted and may not contain the nutritional content it should.
