I can't tolerate the oral forms well due to gi burning, so use ancient minerals magnesium lotion.

LifeFlo mag lotion is supposed to be very good. That would be great for you, Annie!

Mag glycinate is one of the easiest to absorb.

I prefer ReMag myself.

Ok I'll get some Fri. Thanks for all the links. I only have a 4G cell phone for doing all this typing. And it's hard on my poor peabrain. I'll read up on them later. Right now my eyes need a break. :-(

Topical is the way to go. You can get it at most health food stores these days called "Magnesium Oil" Magnesium Gel" or as Six mentioned Spray.

Spraying it on your feet at bedtime and applying it any where you get cramping throughout the day works well.

Magnesium causes "the runs" if you get too much so that's a good way to know if you are overdoing it.
