Is there a preferred brand of CoQ 10? Or is ubiquinol preferred? I am currently using Vitacost CoQ 10 400 mg. Is this okay? My MD recommendation is 300-800 mg. per day.

I have no clue. I bought ubiquinol for awhile and couldn't tell any difference??
I take the NOW brand because I'm gluten free. I just trust it more.
Swanson's carries it.

Within a week of switching to Ubiquinol, I found myself dragging by the end of the workday and would crash at dinner. After 2 weeks, I finally made the connections and I went back to my usual CoQ10, and swear by it. This brand is not for the feint of pocketbook... Allergy Research CoQ10 with Cotrienols. I take 300mg/day.

Lymeinhell, you weren't kidding about the pocketbook. I don't think I've ever seen a supplement priced so high. Do you by some chance get your cholesterol levels checked annually?
Our lyme hearts are badly in need of protection. Just curious if you feel your heart is much improved with taking this.
