can i just start right with the 10 drops or do you work up to that dose?

Burbur is one of the few things I have taken that I started on at ten drops .....and I had no problems with it.
However, we all have different systems and microbes, so you could always start on half dose and see how you go.

8-10 drops is fine. I never herxed on burbur. It is supposed to help subdue a herx.

I did 15 drops, 2X a day. No bad reaction starting at that full dose for me.
