My gi tract has really straightened out but on trip i ate two apples from motel and they didnt seem to digest at all...that never happens with my regular apples

I have known for years 80% of the stuff in grocery is so processed its hard to call it food...but do you think what looks like a whole apple can be messed up this much?

Unless it was labeled organic, it could have had various pesticides &/or been GMO.

It may not have been GMO, though. Unless it's labeled organic, though, there is no way to know. Washing it will not help the GMO-ness (or farm chemicals that have been fed to it over time) but will get off some of the most outer residue from travel, storage.

Even if organic, it could have had outer sprays of some kind that are within the safety zone that need to be washed off. At the store (or in your motel) all bets may be off if they spray for pests, etc.

I assume you washed it well, though, so that would have covered the later possibility.

The actual filming inside the GI tract was mind opening to really show what we need to know. There is no doubt after seeing this.

Watching this was essential to my education in this area. Everyone should see this. I hope you can see it / get it today. If you get it, then you can share it with all you know, and that will help in many ways.

Recently, due to major budget challenges, I've bought some non-organic apples (after many years of only organics).

Indeed, huge difference in various ways. Remarkable differences to me in texture & taste. And I could not get them to cook the same way, either. Very unusual. I had to really think about it before I remembered the difference source.

I've determined I'm saving no money if the product is not really the best food that can nourish me - or even if it just does not taste as good. That is a key marker, good taste, for the degree of nutrients.

There are more affordable ways to decrease chemicals in produce, though, by getting to know the area producers and those who may not be certified organic but practice in a similar manner. It can be very costly to be certified but some farmers / ranchers / orchard tenders are still doing far better than others.
