I usually have 96-97 temp. On rocephin went for Iv today. Have 99.1. Haven't had that in years. Lower back in pain. Herxing? Never never have temp higher than 97.

Another possibility is "drug fever". --look it up. Usually a low grade fever that is thought to occur as an immunological reaction to a med.
(I'm not saying this is the cause of yours though, I don't know. Just mentioning it as another consideration to discuss with your doc.)
