I am on a few Cowden herbs but not the whole protocol. I am going to cycle, as Cowden recommends, between at least two sets of microbials.

I'm doing Banderol with Samento, on 12.5 days and off 1.5.

Then I'm switching to Enula and Houttynia, on 12.5 days and off 1.5.

I am almost certain I do not have Lyme left but I think I have traces of Bartonella and Babesia lingering. So, I'm a little worried that treating the co-infections in this pulsing/cycling manner could create resistance.

Has anyone done this and seen it decrease coinfections? My other option is to just take Enula with Houttynia for several months taking the 1.5 day breaks in between rather than off of it for 2 whole weeks.

And then doing the same thing with Banderol and Samento.

Up...for any Cowden users who may have been instructed to cycle or not cycle (that is the question [Smile] for co-infections.
