What's the difference between liposomal C and Ester C ?

I believe the liposomal is more easily absorbed. Ester C is just "buffered." It's supposed to be easy on the stomach.

I can't take any form of Vit C.

I saw a post a guy made saying he cured his lyme by taking three grams of salt and Vitamin C four times a day with lots of water. He was using Ester C...I am going to add that to what my Doc has me doing. I am going to use Celtic salt though. Good salts, not table salts.
