Does the following sound like herxing, side effects from prolonged abx, candida or lyme/co-infection?
Issues with colon, having to go all the time, anal itching, greasy stool. Fine before Mepron, after Mepron even with 2 weeks off, still some problems.

It's hard to say. Itching can mean parasites. Maybe parasites flared up after Mepron?? Greasy stool can be malabsorption, which again can be from parasites. So can diarrhea.
But maybe it's a reaction to the drug? It's hard to tell. It's been a couple weeks, how are you doing now?
