I got a decision within a few weeks after being in front of judge via video. All depends how backed up the case load is and what state you reside in.

TF, bigstan- just wanted to thank you for your responses on this. I had my hearing in late January, and am still checking the mail box each day for the decision. Hoping for the best (of course)!
