Red root tea i make from cut and dried herb really helps with lymoh pain

I love nac and anything tht helps with gkutathione...but i get confused that i am over using or some things cancle others out and i thought it was better to take stuff so your body would makeit...not actualy take the glute

I miss my sauna...its in storage

Be careful not to kill too much bad yeast...you can disrupt balance ...

I love ala but dont know what r-ala is

What is taurine for? I took it as part of protocol for getting off oxycontin after surg

I'm taking the red root tincture to hopefully help with circulation. My left foot is always tingly it drives me nuts.

R-ALA is supposed to be the most absorbable version of ALA

Taurine is for anxiety

DE can really kill stuff... Have you been taking it for awhile?

I was not ready for all the toxins and I broke out in a horrible and painful rash on my face and neck.

Yes I've been taking a table spoon before bed and when I wake up for about 3 weeks now. I thought it was a binder?

Yes, but if you don't get all the toxins out they will build up.
