Hi, I was wondering : Are spirochetes detectable by means of ultrasound?

No, the wavelength of sound is far too great to be able to detect the small spirochetes. You can only "see" details down to the wavelength of the signal.
Remember that even with visible light (which has a much smaller wavelength than sound) we can just barely see the tiny spirochetes.

- Spirochetes also hate noise (even if we can't hear ultrasound, it does create a disturbance they may detect).
Spirochetes also really hate vibration & odd bursts of heat (all of which are produced by ultrasound) and will try to escape as best they can, burrowing deeper, going into cyst mode, etc. -

- Spirochetes, in their corkscrew form may resemble worms but they are not worms. Borrelia is a gram-negative bacteria. Other than the corkscrew shape, though, Borrelia b. (lyme) has other forms (cyst form, L-form, etc.) and those require a variety of treatments.
However, Bb often travels with various other kinds of bacterial & viral infections, too - as well as parasitic worms (so, yes, certain anti-parasitic agents are often employed).
Lyme is usually never just lyme. It's very complex and requires a complex approach of combination treatments, depending upon which coinfections are present / suspected.
So, I see from other posts of yours that you have recently received Igenex IgM positive test results - and that you are inquiring about a doctor.
