So, spring is on the way, Yay! I am happy except for the fact that I usually feel like crap for two weeks during spring. My allergies make me feel terrible.
It seems like most people have runny nose, itchy eyes, etc. But I get those things along with increased malaise and fatigue. I'm not sure why.
Is there anything I can do in advance?
What if I take zyrtec before the pollen gets going?
any ideas?

I get treated for pollen allergies via NAET (acupuncture). My doc has a vial she can treat with, but sometimes I also need to be treated with a sample of real pollen, as it can vary from year to year and be different than what is in the vial. I get the real pollen sample by wiping paper towel on top of the car (it goes where I go, pollen from all those places falls on it).

I get hayfever in the fall and take Quercitin. I start taking it two weeks before hayfever season starts and take it throughout. I hardly have a problem anymore.
It's not something you take to cure symptoms, it's to prevent symptoms.
