After adding some enzymes and nystatin to my regiment, I decided it was ok to take my Mepron again. As soon as I took it, within a few hours, bad diarrhea. Itching also started to come back right away. Is there anything I can do to handle it? And what else should I be concerned about besides candida?

Allergies. Sounds as if you MIGHT have an allergy to something in the Mepron. Please check with your doctor.
