Do you carefully choose your supps to be citric acid free...i dont. Didnt know this was a priblem. 30 years learning about lyme

Lyme and mold are related.

What about aspartame being made of GENETICALLY modified bacteria poop?

You know Echerichia coli bacteria who killed some people here in Germany not long ago? Well, aspartame is made from a GMO from Echerichia coli poop.

The artificial sweetener aspartame, a dipeptide with the formula Asp-Phe-me, is produced using a cloned micrcorganism.

A DNA which codes for a large stable peptide comprised of the repeating amino acid sequence (Asp-Phe)n is inserted into a cloning vehicle which in turn is introduced into a suitable host microorganism.

The host microorganism is cultured and the large peptide containing the repeating Asp-Phe sequence is harvested therefrom.

The free carboxyl group of the large peptide is benzylated and then hydrolysed to benzyl Asp-Phe dipeptides. This dipeptide is methylated and then debenzylated to form aspartame."


Using the metabolic waste products ('fecal' matter) of bacteria without telling the public is a bit disgusting, really, when you think about it.

According to a 1999 article published in The Independent, titled "Worlds top sweetener is made with GM bacteria,' this sweetener was a byproduct of a 'secret' genetic engineering process swept under the human safety rug.

Not only is it a byproduct of mold (Aspergillus N.), the mold is "fed" on corn syrup (GMO, no doubt).

This causes the citric acid to be another source of sulfites in packaged foods. So for those of us with sulfite sensitivity, we have to be careful about the citric acid content of what we intake.

Yup .. found out about 8-10 yrs ago when I reacted to every single supplement my chiro had given me. It had listed "aspergillus N" on all the supps instead of "citric acid."

In retrospect, I think it was really the salicylates in the herbs that were making me react.

Wow, this is disgusting! No wonder I can't handle citric acid. And the aspartame, wow did they ever sweep that one under the rug!

Ya pretty gross Catgirl. I knew about aspartame. I'm fairly certain that discovery took place in a bio-weapons lab, but I could be wrong.

I'm not going to be searching out the evidence right now anyway. You could probably google it and find it. Of course I could be wrong. I do have bacteria eating my meaty brain parts. =)

Lisa, don't feel defeated. One day, I hope, these big companies will have to be defeated. Too much is too much, we need to keep spreading the word.

Just try SLOWLY cleaning all sources that contain both ingredients. From a day to another is too hard. Just go step by step.

That is what I did, during lyme. I did step by step, changing slowly my food habits, food shopping, etc.

Even with my lyme brain, even having to take 60 different remedies a day, even then, I could do baby steps and change slowly things that were wrong.

In the end, I think that if you buy organic you skip a lot of problems (not all, but many), as organic foods are not supposed to use GMOs...

Agree with brussels. There is a snowball affect. Start with the obvious...for me it was cleaning products in house causing mcs. You will gradually feel better and think clear er. You will know what is making you sicker and more well. Then you might hit the jack pot luke i did a few months ago and realize what coffee was doing to me and my life changed course

yes, I have eaten organics for 20 years. and cooking from scatch also, for almost as long, but isn't citric acid in just about everything? canned tomatoes?

and boy have I and still do catch hell for spending money on healthy food! people know we don't have money and they always mention the food... ugh. they are clueless

Im not positive how true this is but
-cchiro. Told me coffee was poisoning me from muscle testing
-i found out i have a problem with mold
-i read most coffee is full of mold like corn, peanuts, etc

O bloods are not supposed to drink coffee. it makes them more susceptable to disease.
