My LLMD has me on 300mg twice a day. I haven't had a chance to ask him... but I wonder why that dose.
Everything I find online seems to suggest 150 mg twice a day is norm. (although a few Lyme articles, go figure, did suggest that 300mg BID was possibly more effective).
I'm also on Bactrim DS & Ceftin.
And wow I haven't herxed like this in a long time

That is the same dosage (300 bid) that I take, under LL doc's supervision. Roxi really brought my night sweats out when I started it.

Can I ask where you are getting your Roxithromycin? My daughter's doctor said it is not available in the US right now and suggested we turn to support groups to find out where others are getting it and what the response has been. Thanks.
