I ordered some lipisomal glutathione from Researched Nutritionals to help with herxing and overcoming my current relapse.

I read that it detoxifies antibiotics. How many hours do I take the lipisomal glutathione AWAY from antibiotics?

Your input would be greatly appreciated.

You can detoxify with glutathione any time. Dr. H. tells his patients to follow his detox program up to 4 times per day, if necessary.

Drinking lots of water with fresh lemons squeezed into it is detoxifying. People are amazed at how well this works. When I was treating lyme and cos, I made lemon water my only drink. So, I was detoxing all day long.

Normally, your body will detoxify all day long continually. The glut is just helping it along, so feel free to use it as needed.

It does not interfere with antibiotics. Instead, it helps flush out the dead germs.

If you were taking a binder like cholestyramine, which binds to whatever is in your intestines, then you would have to space it a few hours after taking the antibiotic so that it didn't take the antibiotic out of your gut.

But, glut opens up the detox pathways, so that is a totally different process and does not require a wait for 2 hours after taking antibiotics.

Stevia, &/ or a sprig of fresh mint can make a wonderful addition to lemon water / ade.

Be sure to rinse month in clear water so that the lemon acid is not allowed to sit around on teeth, it can wear down tooth enamel.

Wait a full half hour before brushing teeth, too. Gives teeth some time to let enamel harden back up again after acidic drink & foods, too.

Organic lemons the key. Limes might be a nice variation as well.
