Hello,
Hang in there and hopefully this protocol will help you turn a corner. I have been reading about Dapto. and it's potential . Be strong

Wow! That is great. My non-LLMD down here would never do this. I need to start saving money so that I can travel to LLMD's who do. I'm on 2 weeks of Dapto and Ceftin. The sleepiness you discuss has been my experience too. SO exahausting. Today was day #4. I've been sleeping 8-9 hours at night which is high for me and a couple of hours during the day. Good luck. I'll be interested to hear about your long-term results. I'd been in remission for 1.5 years but thrown back to active in June with a tick bite.

Thank you so much for the updates. I've been trying to get information about patient experiences with Daptomycin. Is your insurance paying for both the IV Rocephin and the Daptomycin?

WOW! I think there is a strong possibility that Babesia is flaring.... instead of a herx. I have not been following this protocol too closely, so please take this as a suggestion.

Do you think your doc would be open to hitting babesia at the same time?

It's just a thought. Especially if you don't make progress.

In order to protect my Llmd, I gave the member who PM'd me the name of a well known, out in the open Dr.

Everyone should be wary of new posters who suddenly Pm about your protocol asking odd, detailed ?'s about your specific Dr.

I understand it's tough to strike a balance between giving information to help others and not giving too much to help those who want to suppress the truth about Lyme.

I made a similar decision recently to remove material I had posted on this forum. Unfortunately, that decision may have caused a chain-reaction of fear among other posters. I'm sorry if information or confidence was lost on my account. [Frown]
