Who has Lyme and is dealing with mostly joint issues instead of nervous system issues?

Me. In case this is helpful to you, I take capsules of turmeric to reduce joint pain - I get it in bulk at the health food store and dip 00-size empty capsules into it. Works pretty quickly too.

I had heavy neuro AND joint symptoms 5 years ago before a barrage of antibiotics. Both resolve when Lyme is treated. I was a 25 year old who couldnt even get out of my office chair each afternoon because my back hurt so much. All my joints crackled and were shot to heck. I had worse mental CNS symptoms.

Me, too. I had lots of neuro and joint symptoms with some that won't leave: pain in my spine and the knuckles on one of my hands. Other joints have had sporadic pain - it comes and goes, and has mostly cleared up by now, but my back and right hand, blepharitis and a some memory stuff (can't think of the words I want to use) won't get completely better.

Everything pops for me. My shoulders, wrists, spine, hips, and neck are the worst now. TMJ too. My back is constantly in pain. Other than being tired (brain fog) all the time and muscle twitching, I don't really have other symptoms.

I really hope the antibiotics help with this joint popping. Otherwise, I'm not sure I'll be able to work much longer.

When I am arthritic, it is in my hands and arms. With treatment and good detox, it has subsided.

I use herbs and essential oils.

I've also had joint and neuro symptoms. A LOT of things have improved with time and treatment, but it can all flare up occasionally.

As others have said, I treat the joint pain with turmeric. That works much better for me than pain pills.

For the neuro component, I use some of the online brain "gyms" and try to keep intellectually stimulated.

I had neuro symptoms but they're petty much gone now with treatment with herbs - Cats Claw for Borellia, Resveratrol for Bart and Artemisinin for Babs. My knees, however, are still stiff.

I'm taking Curcumin for joint swelling (knees) and have seen the swelling subside a little.
