Does anyone get this monthly cycle of having night sweats everyday few days before period starting or during the first few days of.

I have a repetitive cycle each month. Its really alarming.

Yes this happens to me. Some months better than others but for a few days prior or at start, I get heavy night sweats.

It is better when I stick to a strict GAPS diet and all my therapies- mild hbot, magnesium, fermented cod liver oil, etc.
