I have been taking pinella twice a day. I dont know if it is really helping. Is phosphylserine / choline (alpha gpc?) good? What about nac / molybdenum

We're all different, of course. What worked to end my experience of feeling dissociated was discovering I was low in T3 thyroid hormone - bloodtest for T3 and TSH will show if that's the case.

I went on Armour thyroid and I felt present again as my metabolism ramped up. And some folks take Naturethroid.

Try some meditation with binaural beats...

Hemi-sync and Dr. Jeffrey Thompson are both quite good. You can find some of the audio on YouTube for free.

From what I understand NAC helps with detox/herxing and molybdenum is adrenal support.

In terms of brain support, aside from alpha GPC DHA (from fish oil) along with uridine is supposed to be good in a 'stack' together. I have a friend trying alpha GPC along with enough DHA, we will probably add uridine later. She is also on phosphatidyl serine already. Here's a link for an intro on uridine, since it's probably the one thing most people don't know about:

BTW one really nice binaural beat CD is Brain Massage by Brainsync.
