Does anyone know where to find the references to why nasal and topical steroids are not good for people with Lyme disease?

- I think it's in one of the "steroid disaster" articles by a doctor in the set below. If it's not there, I know I read it, recall very clearly that the very much LL author reported that even topical steroids could spell disaster for someone with lyme.
There are other ways to approach issue of nasal inflammation, etc. Much BETTER ways. I hope you will find some that work for you.
A dairy-free, gluten-free diet help my sinuses tremendously. In addition, allicin or Olive Leaf Extract capsules. Stinging Nettle, too.

Years after I was cured of lyme disease, a doctor put me on Flonase for my fall allergies. After about 2-3 months on it, I was catching every illness that came along.
I got the idea to look up Flonase on the net and found out that you are not to go around people with measles or other sick people if you are using it. It is a steroid.
I stopped it and started weightlifting and I didn't catch any more sicknesses.
When I posted about this, one person said that 2 top notch lyme doctors say that Flonase is OK to use.
So, for me, it lowers my immune system and makes me susceptible to all illnesses. Other people may be able to use it with no problem.
Here is a quote from one website (drugs.com) that discusses Flonase:
"Flonase can lower blood cells that help your body fight infections. Avoid being near people who are sick or have infections. Call your doctor for preventive treatment if you are exposed to chicken pox or measles. These conditions can be serious or even fatal in people who are using Flonase."
So, it can lower your white blood cell count. Lyme patients can get low white blood cell counts as it is. Then they have to stop treatment until it returns to normal. You HAVE to be able to fight off infections.
