Hi guys so I'm treating for Babesia Microti, which I got a positive Igenex FISH result for. Should I expect the FISH to become negative after treatment?

Furthermore its complicated because I haven't herxed once or experienced any change in symptoms despite being on Crypto Plus, Malarone, and Art for 2 weeks. I'm not sure if my existing symptoms are from Babs or something else, but I do have a FISH positive as I said. Thanks.
