I'm not sure what to think about what's happening. I started with my right thumb twitching and now I can't even write. I'm not sure what would make this happen but it's getting scary. Could it be from something simple? I'm imagining the worst..

Are you treating for Lyme and coinfections?
Just like you I started getting a thumb twitch and then a mild hand tremor. This was before I started treating and maybe about a year in to treatment.
7 1/2 years of treatment and these symptoms are gone.
My brother, who is in denial about having Lyme, and was never treated now has a hand tremor so severe he has to hold a cup with both hands.
