I have Bart and one of the symptoms is diarrhea. I probably contribute to it because I take a tsp of yogurt with each herb that I take and over the course of a day I take a lot. Does anyone have a really good enzyme that they like? I've taken several different probiotics which have helped. I just started the probiotic Florastor a couple of days ago. I don't know which will help - probiotics or enzymes.

I don't think enzymes will help, but they are good to take.
The Florastor always stops me up!

I've taken Bluebonnet Optimum Enzymes for some time and like them very much. My digestive tract is much better. I have read they can help IBS and diarrhea but I can't comment on that specifically.
