For babesia, if I understood Dr. H's book correctly, the FISH test is the best test for that.

But then for bartonella he used the PCR as the "gold standard" of if people had bartonella anymore or not.

But then there is also the FISH for bartonella. But since it mainly lives in endothelial cells lining blood vessels, is it necessarily going to be in blood cells?


Therefore, are babesia FISH and bartonella PCR the best things to do?

I had a phone consult with someone who trained under dr m. And she said testing is flawed and to treat as if you had all three...i dont want to do babs tx if i dont have to but it may be just as expensive to get a scope and learn to stain than to trust my life to a 'maybe ' test...
