For lyme people, is the C677T HETEROzygous (meaning you have one normal gene) mutation really meaningful?

I've got the same thing. It wasn't much of a big deal for me. I tried all the MTHFR supplements and it didn't make much of a difference.

I think this article explains the mutation pretty well.

What are the A1298C mutation and C677T mutation?

I got my B12 and folate levels checked, and both are normal. My homocysteine is normal too. I don't get it, and feel some of these alternative medicine things go too far. (for instance, I've taken proton-pump inhibitors for six years straight, and my serum and RBC magnesium is normal, along with B12).

I once took a 5000 mcg B12 sublingual pill, and was terrorized that night, felt like I was brought to the edge of death, and felt terrible for four days, and then deathly ill for a month.

Ugh...
