I have taken high dose for mood stability but i didnt know it helped joints ...there is a product called grounded by pacific biologics has that and lith orate

Lymetoo, if you do try it, take it apart from any hcl/betaine if you take that unless you want a flush:

Niacinamide is supposed to be the no flush version,but I found out the hard way that it reacts with the hcl. Luckily, I didn't panic, as I had experienced a strong flush before.

Thanks, UK... I can't take HCL or betaine, so no danger there.

I just started it. My acupuncturist recommended it for pain. Not sure if it's doing anything. I'm on day 3.

I think I was reinfected a few months ago and my pain management doctor recommended it.

I'm also on doxycycline. I'm so confused by the new ILADS treatment guidelines for a new infection. That's probably a post for another thread though.
