Thanks for the information. I've been taking a Joint Complex that has a number of things, but I don't see BioCell Collagen in the list.
Do you know if the cartilage can be restored, even partially?
I really appreciate the help.

I sat through some teleconferences on the subject and I took away that it could help restore cartilage. I do not suffer from cartilage loss so I haven't used it. Maybe if you look around on their site you can find some scientific studies on that subject.
Best of luck to you!

Great Lakes Gelatin has excellent customer feedback with regard to rebuilding collagen and joints. I'm trying it out now. You can read about it on Amazon.

When I was researching boswellia I read a great interview where a doctor was treating arthritis and joint issues with a combo of glucosamine, boswellia, and fish oil. He claimed it is possible and he had seen cartilage regrowth occur when dosing the combo thrice daily.
I wish I could remember who it was and I must not have saved it. If I can find it I'll link to it. Boswellia is just as effective for my pain as ibuprofen. I'm a lot less stiff on this combo, but I think my issues are more with tendons and ligaments.

When I thought I was floxed I did a lot of reading about joints, cartilage, etc. It seems like there's been some success with low level light therapy -- cold laser or near infrared.
