Are Babesia and Bartonella tests from LabCorp considered accurate? Or best to only go through Igenex for those?

I know LabCorp has an accurate CD-57 test so curious if their Babesia and Bartonella tests are also considered accurate?

Thanks!

Labcorp found Babesia in me when Igenex didn't and I have it pretty badly!!

My Dr. uses them a lot.

Good to know. Actually more curious about Bartonella.

My wife has numbness in her feet and it seems to be getting worse. We know she tested positive for lyme through Igenex but wondering if she may also have Bartonella. And if we treat that, maybe the numbness gets better.

It's a shot in the dark .. if it's positive, it's a dead ringer .. if it's not, then check with another lab like Igenex.

Yes to what Lymetoo said. If insurance covers Labcorp, why not start there. If you get a positive, you're done.

If you don't and you have sx, you can always do Igenex next.
