My hubby came across this product (Gundry MD Vital Reds – Energy and Digestive Support Formula) and thought it sounded like a good one to try for improving energy.
Has anyone on here used it? What were your results?

I just helped my father-in-law order their Primal Plants to try and help a skin condition. During the checkout process they tried to push tons more stuff on him, which made me kinda leery. Seriously, like 7 pages of "act now and get this!" type offerings during checkout. It was really annoying.

Adding to this thread (found with a search of "Gundry,") as I'm interested in hearing from anyone else trying the diet in "The Plant Paradox."
Interesting concept (remove lectins), and maybe something to try for people who haven't seen progress with "healthy" vegetable-based diets.
The diet overlaps with Dr. Terry Wahls' "Wahl's Warrior Diet." And probably Dr. Mercola's Fat for Fuel diet. Sort of Ketogenic and Paleo, but with the emphasis not on adding anything to the diet, but removing lectins.
The book has clear Yes and No food lists, and some simple recommended products that are not Gundry's own.
It's available in public libraries, so you don't need to buy it.
Yes, Gundry's marketing machine is annoyingly effective, but you can try the diet without buying any of his supplements.
(And selling your product is the American way--I've seen several "LLMD's" who push their own supplements more than this doctor does in his book.)
Not pushing anything here, just looking for feedback about this diet...

I have been taking Vital Reds for 3 months. I bought a 6 month supply so I could give it a fair test. I eat paleo mostly.
I take the Vital Reds with a greens powder, End Fatigue Enfusion and collagen in the morning. I try not to eat till lunch but will put MCT oil in my black and green till noon.
Jury is out on the Vital Reds but have 3 more months to go. I am just started Alinia for a 60 trial and not too sure what to expect.
