Does anyone have a good way to gently detox heavy metals? I'm not positive I have this issue, but I'm pretty sure.

I got all my amalgams removed about 6 months ago and think I need to do some further detox.

I know it needs to be done carefully. Just not sure where to start.

Infrared sauna, a binder called chelex is what I took. I also have been taking chlorrella regularly since having the amalgams out. Lots of water.

Cilantro and zeolite are great for metals.

I didn't tolerate chlorella, but it's known to be good, too.

Thank you. I just got an infrared sauna. Excited to get started on that. I have a hard time with binders. They make me even more constipated than I already am.

I've tried chlorella. Maybe I'll give chelex a try.

Norcal, can you tell a difference with chelation of heavy metals?

I could not feel the chelators working per se.
I have to say, I am doing well since the chelation but it was not sudden.
In my estimation amalgam removal and metals detox was the best improvements I have made in my seven years of treatments.
Hope you experience the same.

Add bio available minerals: they push out heavy metals intracellular: usually to be done after most EXTERIOR cleaning was done.

I've been trying ONE drop of fulvic acids for YEARS, I still can't tolerate these...

KPU is a sort of chelation protocol, in my view: add zink (good quality) and all the other parallel oils, sups, recommended for better effect!

It was EXTREME hard for me, but most people feel just improvement.

Violet ray or PEMF devices: I swear, something comes out in great amounts! If only heavy metals or other toxins, I don't know, but I had the same symptoms as a heavy metal detox with EDTA/ Phospholipid.

chlorella just cleans the outside part of organs (not intracellular). It is a must before doing any intracellular (like cilantro, minerals...)

I posted about Cistus incanus. Whatever this is doing, it is going very very deep (I even have brain stinging pains). It is known to pull many heavy metals too.

MSM or any sulphur (organic), garlic, allicin: powerful to bind to heavy metals too.

The problem with chelation: it has to be done religiously daily, for YEARS, with different methods.

Infrared (PE1), I feel, also helps detox, but mostly indicated is FIR, as said above.

Thank you Norcal and Brussels. All the info adds to my research.

Thank you so so much.
