I broke one back molar, and my front incisors are chipping on the back side.

I can't figure out why it's happening. I wonder if this has something to do with sleep apnea, or if I'm having some kind of seizure in my sleep?

Anybody have this?

Yes, I grind my teeth bad. If I don't wear my mouth guard when I sleep, I chip my teeth. I kept insisting to the dentist several years ago that I didn't grind my teeth at night bc I was totally unaware of it. Now if I don't wear my mouth guard, I am likely to wake up with a chipped tooth.

Ugh, it's miserable, isn't it. I'm wearing down the backs of my eyeteeth. I tried a boil and bite mouthguard and woke up with some kind of weird lockjaw.

Yes, I tried that too. Unfortunately, the professional ones from the dentist is what is needed.

Mouth guard and calcium. It's very important to take a calcium supplement when you have Lyme. It will keep your teeth and bones strong.

Thanks guys.

I've read K2 is very important as well. And oh, yay, another 1500 dollar bill for the dentist. Although I'm pretty sure that's just a start; my teeth are basically melting since Lyme.

I had a bone scan a year ago and found out I have Osteopenia and my doctor told me to lift weights and take calcium and Vitamin D. Lyme eats your bones and everything else.

Your mouth guard shouldn't cost a fraction of that much. I have one too.
