Last night I spent a half an hour sitting with my hamster. When I moved to straighten out my back and get up, I had this excruciating pain around 3 of my lower vertebrae.

It was so stiff almost like there was no cartilidge. I've noticed this in other joints like my knees and fingers as well except there has never been any bruising.

I tried waking around and sitting by it was stiff very uncomfortable so I brushed it aside as one of my everyday pins and aches and went to bed.

This pain and stiffness was very strange but what is eve stranger is the bruising on the exact same vertebrae that I noticed today. Is this cause to worry?

I feel pressure and almost like a tightness in this area today as well.

I recently started tindamax, mino, A-L complex, and WP thyroid but I don't think this could be bc of the medicine? Idk. Any insight on if this is normal or cause for concern?

How long ago did you start the tindamax? How long ago did you start the mino?

Also there seems to be some swelling on the left side of this area as well. When I stretch that area it feels sore

Have you had a CBC recently? Complete Blood Count test.

You should get checked out by a doctor because I am certainly not one of those. But even though your platelets are reading normal they are running a little low; maybe your blood is a little thin; not able to clot.

You could try Vitamin K2 to up your clotting ability a bit.

Also your b12 is a little low by alt health standards.

The ingredients in A-L complex are here -- http://www.gordonmedical.com/practitioners-methods/byron-white-formulas-a-l-complex/

Ginger and garlic are both blood thinners.

Or, it could just be a lyme symptom.

Well, if you just started 2 new meds a few days ago, you could be experiencing a herxheimer reaction.

A herx can be new symptoms or an increase in old ones.

However, the way you explained the back pain, it sounds like maybe your spine went out of alignment. That caused the severe pain when you got up. A chiropractic adjustment is likely all you need.
