Hello everyone,

I'm going to start ozone treatments on Monday and was curious about other people's experiences with it as I'm not sure what to expect.

Another question I have is how was the treatment done, mainly how did they initially take the blood? My llmd prefers having a bag fill on its own but since I can't do treatment in his offices, I have to do it at a center where they take blood from a huge syringe.

My llmd said this can be stressful for the patient. Any input on what is better or if it really matters?

Thank you!

My doctor takes the blood from a huge syringe, puts it in an IV bag then adds the ozone and infuses it back into my arm. This isn't stressful at all. Sometimes I combine this with UVLRx. I've had to back off the ozone some because I was herxing too hard on it. I believe it is hitting mold and I have to be careful with this as it can kill it off too fast even at low doses.

I have had 6 treatments so far and believe this is helping me much more than antibiotics ever did as it is much more broad spectrum.

I just finished my second treatment and I feel like sh*t on a stick. After my first treatment on Monday I got a blistering headache and all my lymph nodes (even the ones around my joints!) were aching. I couldn't even think I was so tired.

The same thing is happening now after my second treatment. I'm at the lowest dosage but is this normal?! I've never herxed like this even on antibiotics. Is this even a herx or is it possible to have a bad reaction to it?

Stefi42,

I've never tried IV ozone therapy. I hope someone will respond for you.

When I try a new therapy, I ask myself, Does the benefit outweigh the risk ?

Many here LOVE coconut oil. I tried it 3 separate times. Thought I was gonna die. Never again.

I was prescriped Lycia. I floated above my body looking down at my body. Never again.

I once, added a whole bottle of hydrogen peroxide to my Epsom salt bath. Thought I was gonna die. Never again.

Dr H has stated that IV Ozone isn't for everybody. It was discussed here once on a privious thread but I couldn't find it for you ,sorry.

Lyme warriors are the bravest people on the planet, hands down ! No one would ever accuse you of being a quitter for not continuing ozone.

It just might not be worth it to proceed.

Good luck in whatever you decide. [Smile]

I just had a UVLRx treatment and asked to not have the ozone added. I get these horrendous herxes from just the UVLRx alone though.

I told him I can't keep suffering like this and have to figure out a way to get the toxins out. He suggested some products from Quicksilver Scientific. I'll try them and re-post if it helps any.

I did ask to start adding the ozone back in the week after next. This stuff is definitely killing things that no antibiotics or herbals even touched so I am not ready to give up on it yet.

A couple of nights ago I felt my sinuses clear, which I have never felt before ever. They can decrease the amount of ozone they give you. My doctor gives me less than a "low" dose.
