Has anyone heard of Lyme Stop in Idaho?

It looks like you just stay a week & get a type of magnetic

based therapy key to killing off Lyme & co-infections.

Here is their website: http://www.lymestop.com/contact.html

Costs is $3300.

Is this a scam, anyone heard of them, been there??

any advice would help?

And how do magnets kill lyme spirochetes and bacteria?

From what I've observed, we all use many therapies trying to find the right one. If they are charging you $3300 and you don't know EXACTLY what you getting from it or the science behind it, I would be very skeptical.

There is no silver bullet it seems. We just keep adjusting and working and hopefully slowly getting better.

People always tell me it's a marathon, not a sprint. I'm not patient. I would gather more info. though.

Well, someone I knew beat Lyme with Chinese herbs and strong PEMF treatment - our bodies are electromagnetic and that goes way down whenever someone is ill. Boost it, and cells can function better again. I'll hazard a guess that this is what they're doing, and making you pay for the machine!

Queries about Lymestop do appear here from time to time.

I am having regular biomagnetic pair treatment, which is certainly much cheaper than Lymestop and doesn't claim to work in one or two sessions, at least, not for Lyme. There is quite a lot of information about it on the Web if you are interested in it.

It may share some features of the Lymestop treatments and there are quite a lot of Lyme patients (and people with other illnesses) who are having success with it. I am not yet in a position to recommend it from personal experience, but do find it fascinating.

I checked this treatment out with some Lyme advocates and doctors. Many replies. Good replies too.

The best summary of what they said is- and it went from absolutely NO to, well, maybe for some it might help....

It may work for some to help with symptoms, but it is not a cure.

I didn't mention the price, just gave them the link to the place.
