Anyone found that upping the curcumin amount helps bone pain? It did (or seemed to) initially when I think I got bone pain from a certain candida med, and then hadnt had it since (and that was sometime last year). All the sudden it's back pretty bad. Says I can take up to 4 caps. Maybe a herx from A-bart?
The recent things I've done was start A-bart, go off of my 6 drops of Banderol every other day, upped my cloves to the full dose (3 caps/day), started L Carnitine... Not all at once but within the past 10 or so days. Also stopped my Marcons spray as it ran out.

I am in pain if I don't take it. I used to take it three times a day. Now I take it twice a day and do OK.
Oxalates in foods cause pain for me. Maybe you can look into that and also lectins as your source of pain.
