After starting a cocktail of several ABX a couple of months ago, I'm currently experiencing extreme right chest pain around the rib, lung area. From what I've read it feels like pleurisy. Is this part of a herx? Or a Lyme symptom flare? I hope someone can chime in with some experience.

"If" it is pleurisy I, myself, would take homeopathic Bryonia 30c (what you can buy at the health food store for $8) for the pain and also it helps heal the body in that painful condition where it hurts too much to move.
Then I would take NAC as it thins mucous and keeps things moving. I would try to breathe as deep I could to avoid pneumonia and keep oral fluids up.
Right sided pain- could be liver too and/or gall bladder.
