Please provide some recommendations for headaches when there is Lyme. I read that aspirin and ibuprofen (Advil/Motrin) are not good for GI.
Does taking Magnesium help? Thank you.

The only thing that helped my headaches was Excedrin. I had prescription stuff but it didn't help. For some reason the asprin, acetometaphen & caffeine in Excedrin helped.
If you take NAC away from any medications, it can help to detox any damage from over the counter pain meds. I'm not a doctor - so this is just from my studies.
There are other things you can do to support liver health. It's not a complete answer but if you do need to take meds - it can help. Headaches are no freakin' fun...
Sometimes they are hormonal & you may need to deal with that.

PS - magnesium didn't really help me for headaches. I take mag for "charlie horses' (cramps) in my leg when I'm sleeping.

I suggest starting with TURMERIC, though, and if you do okay with that and have a reasonably good gallbladder, you might step it up to CURCUMIN, a stronger version of turmeric.
