My LL made some changes and is putting me on Houttynia (said take one drop to start, work up to 20) and Itraconazole (100 mg 2 times a week and work up to 1 tablet daily). Is this slow enough? Apparently they're both strong. I do ok on for example, Banderol and Samento, but got bone pain taking A-Bart. And I do ok on Nystatin (3 pills) and a couple others in the past.

We're all different, but it would be hard to start much slower on the Houttynia.... and the Itraconazole dose is pretty standard. If you have tolerated other antifungals, you should probably be ok with that.
Bart has been the hardest of these infections to treat, for me.

Ok thank you.
My doc also said to get from Nutramedix (Houttynia) but I think maybe Woodland essence would be better. But I dont know how their dosage compares to Nutra.

I did better on Woodland than the overpriced Nutramedix stuff. I make my own now. 50% from dried and 50% from fresh plant. I take the equivalent of 200 drops a day of this tincture and it is more concentrated than the above 2.
