Hi everyone,

I haven't been on here for awhile ...

I'm trying hard to raise my total protein levels, and I can't handle whey protein. I have SIBO, so anything I've tried causes foul-smelling gas and diarrhea.

I've tried amino acid capsules but they don't do anything.

I'd appreciate any suggestions!!
