I am taking Zithromax and mepron for past two weeks for babesia duncani. since I have had a headache everyday and stomach upset past few days. The biggest issue is I feel like I am jumping out of my skin, the anxiety is terrible and even taking my Ativan is not helping. Anxiety was the first symptom a year ago before I was diagnosed. Is this all herxing symptoms? also the sweating is horrible, drenched every single morning.

It's herxes, probably, but herxes are not a child's toy: herxes can cause damage in the liver, kidney, create problems in the heart rhythm, hypertension, hypo-tension...
Taking some drug to cancel herxes is like taking aspirin to relieve some poison one drank: it may cancel the pain, but the poison is still doing its damage, if you see what I mean.
