I have dingle needle/pin sticking sensation mostly in foot soles several times a day. It goes away after some seconds or half a minute. I don‘t have the burning foot soles. Is this also bartonella or chlamydia, babesia, mycoplasma, lyme whatever?

Thanks!

That sounds like bartonella to me. I don't think anything else causes foot pains.

I agree, sounds like bartonella, though diabetes can also do this.

If possible, best to be sure your shoes are in excellent condition and offer the best support. You might need adjustment in footwear. Be sure to avoid flimsy sandals or even house slippers.

And, even at home, were good solid shoes (a pair dedicated to indoor use helps me as I don't like outdoor shoes on my carpet - if you go to others' homes, too, take your indoor shoes).

Foot massage can be so nice & might help ease the pain.

There are lots of things that cause neuropathy - Bartonella, Lyme, Mold, Babesia. Dr. B, the mold dr, said that MCAS can cause neuropathy as mast cells surround the myelin sheath around the nerves.
