So was sort of massaging my foot near toes, pushing w my fingers. Then it's like I may be softly 'crunched' something, tho maybe not--and got a shock in one of my middle toes.
It's not a new feeling as I've had it when walking and hitting a certain area (can never quite figure out where). I've even gotten it while not doing anything.
Anyway, it's a very freaky, uncomfortable and major anxiety invoking feeling.
Supposedly mechanically my feet are fine. Is this a coinfection?

It could be from sciatica.

I have that from a back injury (from coughing) from 3 weeks ago. But no, this started years ago.
