I just started ababs again, only taking three drops twice a day and woke up feeling like everything hurts in my body., almost flu like. Is this normal after just a few days? my llmd wants me to work up to 20 drops twice a day.

That stuff must be horrible. Maybe your body just does not tolerate it.

When my hubby stated with Abab, he started very slow: 1 drop the 1st day 1 drop AM and 1 drop pm the 2nd day 1 drop AM and 2 drops pm the 3rd day 2 drops AM and 2 drops pm the 4th day
and so on, just increasing 1 drop per day. When the herx got to bad he either back up to the previous amount or just held that amount until the herx eased. It took him a long time to get up to the required amount.

I don't know what it is but I have been crying for the past few days., cannot stop crying. It must be herxing. I went up to six drops too last., going to cut back. thanks for replying.
