I am wondering if anyone has ever gotten headaches from taking CoQ10? I have just started a new brand with liposomal ubiquinol and every time after I take it I get a headache. Could this be a herx of some kind? I took a gel type before with no ill effects. Thanks

I get headaches from trying different supplements and my doctor has indicated I might be having a hard time detoxing the substances. Just wanted to raise that possibility.
