I'm wondering if you all may have some advice. I am trying to figure out what my next steps should be. I have extreme hypersensitivities and had lyme at some point. I have also had fungal infections. I have been reading the book "toxic" by Neil Nathan and am considering some of these things. I also treated for lyme for several years but always relapsed due to my sensitivities. Now I am having serious numbness and stiffness. I probably have mcas... Any thoughts on treatment suggestions?

Yes...I had the same neurological symptoms, and have been completely well for over 6 years now.
I would highly recommend reading the entire Mild Hyperbaric thread.
You may also consider reading the latest edition of "The Oxygen Revolution", by Dr. Paul Harch.
