Why don't we have a nationwide lyme walk like the komen foundation for cancer? or do we? we need to show our numbers-even survivors.

We've had lots of area Lyme walks through the years. My guess as to why not one big national one is that it's difficult for sick people to travel and hold up during a march.

What about the families and survivors. It seems like most of the survivors disappear.

For me at this point, I think it's more important to just keep educating people about the existence of Lyme and co's and what to do. So many people still don't know any of this exists! Each of us can do this locally, wherever we are.
